Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and PRADIX LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your use of BlankFiller at blankfiller.pradix.io ("Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BlankFiller is an AI-powered content generation and publishing platform that helps users create articles, generate featured images, and publish content to connected websites and channels. The Service operates on a subscription basis with plans that define usage limits.

3.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

3.3 You must notify us immediately at info@pradix.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 BlankFiller offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with defined limits on articles, social adaptations, websites, and content sources.

4.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen billing period.

4.3 Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee.

4.4 Subscription fees are non-refundable as described in Section 15 of these Terms.

4.5 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.6 Fiscal receipts are issued in compliance with Armenian tax law (Republic of Armenia Tax Code).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent plan limits or access controls
• Generate content that violates the terms of your connected platforms (WordPress, Telegram, etc.)
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates Armenian law or applicable international law

6.1 Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content generated through the Service on your behalf.

6.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for your intended use.

6.3 AI Disclosure: Content generated by BlankFiller is produced by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for disclosing the AI-generated nature of content where required by applicable law or platform policies.

6.4 Originality: While we instruct our AI systems to produce original content, we cannot guarantee that generated content will not resemble existing content. You are responsible for verifying originality before publication.

6.5 Moderation: We reserve the right to flag, review, or reject content generated through our Service that we believe violates these Terms. Rejected content cannot be published through the Service.

7.1 By connecting third-party platforms (WordPress, Telegram), you grant us permission to publish content to those platforms on your behalf using the credentials you provide.

7.2 You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any connected platform.

7.3 We are not responsible for the actions or policies of connected platforms.

7.4 You may revoke platform connections at any time through your account settings.

8.1 You may add RSS feeds and websites as content sources. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use content from these sources as inspiration for your own original content.

8.2 BlankFiller uses content sources solely to inspire original AI-generated content. We do not reproduce or republish scraped content directly.

9.1 BlankFiller, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by PRADIX LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You retain ownership of your Brand DNA, website configurations, and content generated through the Service.

9.3 You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.

10.1 We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

10.2 We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

10.3 We are not liable for losses caused by Service unavailability.

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

11.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11.3 Upon termination, your data will be retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by Armenian law:

12.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12.2 PRADIX LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12.3 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or platform notice at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

All payments to BlankFiller for the Services are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Any refund or credit issued by BlankFiller is voluntary, provided solely as a courtesy at BlankFiller's sole discretion, and does not create any obligation, policy, or ongoing practice. If you cancel your subscription to the Services, you will continue to have access to the Services through the end of the then-current billing period. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as the Merchant of Record.
