1. Introduction
BlankFiller ("Service", "we", "our", "us") is operated by PRADIX LLC, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use BlankFiller at blankfiller.pradix.io.
By using BlankFiller, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

3. Data We Collect
3.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored in encrypted form). You may optionally provide your name.
3.2 Billing Information
To issue legally required fiscal receipts under Armenian tax law, we collect your full name or company name, billing address, and tax identification number (if applicable). This information is stored securely and used solely for invoicing and fiscal compliance.
3.3 Website and Brand Information
We collect the website URLs and names you add to the platform. We also collect Brand DNA information you provide or that is generated through our onboarding process, including your business type, brand voice, tone of voice, target audience, content style, key themes, and image style preferences.
3.4 Integration Credentials
If you connect a WordPress site or Telegram channel, we collect and store the necessary credentials (WordPress site URL, username, and application password; Telegram bot token and channel ID). All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are never shared with third parties.
3.5 Generated Content
We store the articles, titles, meta descriptions, featured images, and social media adaptations generated through our Service on your behalf. This content remains accessible in your account until you delete it.
3.6 Content Sources
We collect the RSS feed URLs and website URLs you add as content sources. We temporarily fetch and process content from these sources to generate article inspiration. Scraped content is not permanently stored — only article suggestions derived from it are retained.
3.7 Usage Data
We track your usage of the Service, including the number of articles generated, social media adaptations created, and features used, for the purpose of enforcing your plan limits.
3.8 Technical Data
We collect IP addresses (used for rate limiting and security), browser cookies (specifically an active_website_id session cookie to remember your selected website), and standard server logs.
3.9 Communications
If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the BlankFiller Service
- Generate AI-powered content on your behalf
- Publish content to your connected platforms (WordPress, Telegram)
- Issue fiscal receipts and invoices as required by Armenian law
- Enforce your subscription plan limits
- Communicate with you about your account and our Service
- Protect the security and integrity of our platform
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
5. AI-Generated Content
BlankFiller uses artificial intelligence to generate articles, images, and social media content on your behalf. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Content is generated by AI models and may require review before publication
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published
- AI-generated content may be subject to content moderation by our team to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
6.1 AI Service Providers
We use third-party AI providers to generate text and images. Your Brand DNA and content prompts are sent to these providers solely for content generation. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
6.2 Infrastructure Providers
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (security and bot protection). These providers process data as data processors on our behalf.
6.3 Email Service
We use Resend to send transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose.
6.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data if required by Armenian law or a valid legal process.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 1 year after deletion
- Generated content: retained until you delete it or close your account
- Billing information: retained for 5 years as required by Armenian tax law
- Usage logs: retained for 12 months
- Contact form messages: retained for 12 months
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of all integration credentials at rest (AES-256)
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Authentication handled by Supabase with secure password hashing
- Regular security reviews
9. Your Rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to processing of your data
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

10. Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (active_website_id) to remember which website you have selected within the dashboard. This cookie is essential for the Service to function correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cloudflare Turnstile (our bot protection) may set its own cookies for security verification purposes.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
